Booking: any advertisements published online or offline or any hotels included on the myhoteltrip website should be regarded merely as invitations to treat and on no account should they be regarded as offers.
To make a booking request you must correctly complete the booking form on the website. When completing the booking form you must submit valid credit card details of a card you have authorization to use. By making a booking you authorise myhoteltrip to pass on your credit card details to the hotel if requested. Local taxes may apply and will be charged by the hotel accordingly.
You must submit a valid email address on the reservation form. The hotel reservation voucher will be sent to the email address entered on the booking form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking. myhoteltrip does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the entry of your email address.
Rooms, Bedding Configuration and Special Requests: Your requests are forwarded to the hotel and are subject to availability on the day of check-in. whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, myhoteltrip does not guarantee actual bedding configuration of the room. All additional requests (smoking room, etc) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by myhoteltrip.
Completing your booking once your booking has been confirmed, a whole amount of your bookings along with a Non refundable Booking Fee will be charged to your credit card in order to secure this booking. Once the credit card is processed, your Confirmation/Accommodation voucher will be e-mailed to you. The confirmation voucher must be retained and presented upon check-in along with photo ID. The registered guest of this booking must sign the Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher and present it to hotel check-in staff upon arrival. myhoteltrip takes no responsibility for lost or misplaced vouchers.
Please note that on rare occasions the booking may be charged in a different currency to the one you chose on the website, or were quoted in. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank's exchange rate on the day of the transaction. All transactional and charge information will be shown on your Receipt/Invoice.
Cancellations and Modifications: All cancellations and modifications are to be communicated in writing using one of the following:

Please include the following details:
* Your myhoteltrip Booking ID.
* Email Address used in the booking
* Your Full Name (Name + Surname) used in the booking
We will confirm your cancellation/amendment once we have processed the request. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours after submission, it is deemed to be not received and you must resubmit it or immediately call our Customer Care. All modifications are subject to the rates and availability on our website at the time the amendment is processed.
A fee will apply to any cancellation or amendment made to each of your bookings, where each separate booking ID constitutes a different booking. By completing your booking you agree to be bound by both the relevant hotel's policy (which will be displayed on the booking screen) as well as myhoteltrip's Fee Policy as outlined below. For cancellations and modifications, the fee payable will be assessed in accordance with either the myhoteltrip Fee Policy or the hotel’s policy, whichever is higher. This may result in a further charge being incurred and therefore a second credit card transaction appearing on your statement.
myhoteltrip Fee Policy: If you cancel less than 2 days prior to hotel local check-in time, or fail to arrive at the hotel, you will be charged up to the full amount of the booking made. This may result in a further charge being incurred and therefore a second credit card transaction appearing on your statement. If you cancel more than 2 days prior to the hotel local check-in time, or if you amend your booking, a fee will be charged in the currency in which your booking was originally made as per the below rates.

Any amendment request received within 5 days of your arrival date at the relevant hotel may be treated as a late amendment. Late modifications may be subject to a fee based on the hotel's amendment policy, as advised to myhoteltrip. If a late amendment fee is applied, the standard amendment fee will not be charged. myhoteltrip reserves the right to charge your credit card for any amendment fees due.
Should you change a booking from one hotel to another you will not be charged an amendment fee. This will be deemed a cancellation of an existing booking, and a cancellation fee will apply.
If the hotel's policy on modifications or cancellations imposes a higher penalty than the myhoteltrip fee policy, the hotel's policy shall apply.
Relocations myhoteltrip strives to provide you with all your requested service requirements. In the unlikely event when a hotel is not able to honour your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standard. Should this occur, we will contact you via e-mail and request your authorization to proceed with this new booking. If you decline the alternative offered and you were previously charged for the original booking, a full refund will be given as soon as possible.
Booking Fees: 10% of the First Night of your booking.
Liability myhoteltrip sources hotel accommodation from rates supplied by each hotel and does not oversell that inventory. myhoteltrip does not accept any liability for lack of availability directly resulting from a hotel overselling its own rooms.
myhoteltrip will make every effort to ensure that the information available on our website is accurate. However, myhoteltrip cannot and will not guarantee our website from inaccuracies caused by error or fault. myhoteltrip will not accept liability for any errors or omissions contained on the myhoteltrip website and reserves the right to change published information (including these Booking Conditions) at any time without notice.
myhoteltrip makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website. myhoteltrip will not be liable for any losses, injuries, damages, claims or expenses, irrespective of whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising out of the use of the myhoteltrip website or connected with any of the products or services purchased through our site. These terms do not affect any consumers' statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Complaints: In the case of any problem or complaint, it is necessary that the client informs myhoteltrip at the earliest opportunity. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved with the relevant hotel at the time of your stay, must be notified in writing to myhoteltrip. Complaints can be sent in writing via the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. makes no representation that it will be able to resolve any problem that you may experience with the service being provided.

Governing Law: These Booking Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws New Delhi, India. By completing your booking you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Cancellation or Change Policy
Cancellations or changes made after 4 days or 96 hours prior to arrival subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% Cost of Stay.
All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. At the sole discretion of MyHotelTrip.com refunds may be given due to extenuating circumstances.
If you wish to book multiple rooms, you must use a different name for each room or the duplicate reservation MAY be cancelled by the hotel.
Pricing and payment
Some hotels request that we wait to submit guest names until 7 days prior to check in. In such a case, your hotel room is reserved, but your name is not yet on file with the hotel.
Sold Out / Relocation/ unavoidable situation/ government restrictions
Sometime it happens that Hotel become sold out with some exceptional cases like unexpected Sold Out, Unavoidable Situation like fire, Electricity Problem, Government Restrictions, War or Similar Condition, curfew, or any similar condition or sold outs by any reason(s).
